What do I do when a message showing "Already Registered" appears when I am trying to register?

If a message showing "Already Registered" appears when you are attempting to register again, please log into the website with your username and password which you had used at the time of earlier registration. You will automatically be re-directed to the payment page where you will select your subscription option and make a payment. Please note that the system will not re-register you with the same username



How can I register as a member on MeraGana.com?

In order to register as a member on MeraGana.com, please complete the registration form here and pay the stipulated amount to access MeraGana.com’s karaoke library.



Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept on registration?

We do not take require any credit card information from you directly. We redirect you to PayPal.com, 2Checkout.com, or EBS, and these payment gateways process the subscription fee for us. These payment gateways accept all Indian and International Credit Cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International, and Discover Card etc. along with Indian Bank Transfers.



If I do not have a Credit/Debit card, how do I subscribe to MeraGana.com?

If you don’t have a Credit/Debit card, you can always make a payment directly into our bank account by depositing cash, demand draft, or cheque (payable at par). Is it possible that the payment "fails" even after paying by a Credit/Debit card?

As mentioned previously, Paypal.com, 2Checkout.com and EBS handle our credit card payments. It is possible that these payment gateways might fail your payment for various reasons. In such a case, we are required to close your account with us. In order to re-activate your account, you must contact Paypal.com, 2Checkout.com and EBS or your Credit/Debit card company and inquire the reasons regarding failure directly from one of these parties.



Can I subscribe for one month only?

Yes, you may subscribe for one month only, if you desire. You may sign in to the website and click on "Manage Account" and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. You will then receive an email from us within 24 hours confirming the cancellation of recurring charges. Your subscription would then expire at the end of one month.



Can I convert my monthly subscription into a annual subscription?

Yes, you can convert your monthly subscription into a yearly subscription. In order to do so, please sign in to the website and click on "Manage Account" and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. When your present subscription period expires, you can renew for one year.



How do I cancel a subscription?

If you desire to cancel your subscription, you may sign in to our website and click on "Manage Account," where you can follow the instructions given to cancel your subscription. You will receive an email confirmation from MeraGana.com as well as 2Checkout.com or Paypal.com confirming the cancellation of the recurring charges within 24 hours as per your request.



How do I change my username/ password?

After logging in with your username and password please click on "Manage Account" and select the "Change Password" option. You will be required to enter your old password, and then asked to enter a new password. 
Please select "Edit Profile" if you want to change your address and contact details. In order to change your username, please send us an email requesting the same.
